Access to pre built sites, all plug ins etc. ready to go.

The greatest help for us would be to be able to buy a pack of say 5 or 10 web sites pre built in WP, with all of the plug ins installed for a Niche. Then we could take them and set them up in 4/5 areas and repeat the process.
Or access to VA's who are trained that we could hire to help us.
I just get overwhelmed... :-( And nothing happens.
