Erwin, you can do this already. Under the 'Call Centre' on the main menu, Select your call handler then go to 'Advanced Options' tab. Under 'RoboCall Challenge:' you can enter a pin number e.g. 1234 , the inbound caller will then be prompted to key in the pin number in order to proceed with the call.
